Chocolate Factory 2

The two buildings, The Chocolate Factory in Clarendon Road and Chocolate Factory 2 in Coburg Road, house over 120 creative businesses working in a wide range of disciplines from fine art, music production, fashion and jewellery to film, graphic design, photography, new media and illustration companies. Collage Arts is responsible for letting its own space in The Chocolate Factory and all of the space in Chocolate Factory 2. The studios vary in size, from 200 sq ft to 1,500 sq ft with many of them used as shared workspaces. Studio rents are £13.50 sq ft per annum (at May 2007) and include utility services, 24-hour access, access to Collage Arts' online centre, business advice and support. Tenants do not pay business rates. There are also hot desk facilities that can be rented for flexible periods.
