The Chocolate Factory

The Chocolate Factory is owned and managed by the Workspace Group plc, one of the largest commercial property owners providing office, studio and workshop units for rent, some of which are ideal spaces for creative businesses. Almost half of the Chocolate Factory is leased by Collage Arts, which sub-lets to artists, but other spaces become available from time to time and Workspace gives creative businesses priority. Sizes vary from about 90 to 8000 sq ft, priced at £9-£16 sq ft. Workspace has also negotiated a special deal for its tenants to use Streetcar, an online self-service car rental that allows you to drive a new VW Golf kept at the Chocolate Factory for as little as 30 minutes.
